    Amazing staff down here ! All very helpful and friendly was gretted by a smile from start to finish !

    Whilst the salesman was polite, they didnt seem really interested in me. I paid 40K for a used car (near new), they didnt clean it properly, left no fuel on it, and made it difficult to pick up. They also damaged the vehicle prior to pickup and took no responsibility for it.

    From my trade in to finalising my finance, I couldn't fault the service. I travelled 50min to look at a used Ranger and I dealt with Chris from sales. He was very honest and down to earth, not trying to pull the usual sales pitch. Rhiannon from finance made paperwork easy. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

    I took an old Astra i bought privately as the radio was locked. They provided the code in 2 minutes for free. When i get my next car ill definitely be looking there first.

    Very good customer service. I had a reasonably complex issue to resolve with my car. The team at Sutherland Holden put a considerable amount of effort to solve it. Shout out to Kieran and Ian for keeping me up to date with progress.
