  The couple there are terrible and so grumpy! Worst customer service I've ever come across. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is such a massive effort for them. I missed my delivery the other day and I really don't want to go down there haha anyone want to pick it up for me? But the younger lady who's there occasionally is great.

  I have never seen such rude people in my life. The manager throw paper on the floor and ask me to go in front of everybody. Is this the way you treat your customer?

  They have no customer service skills. Closes at 5 but if you’re there after 430 they won’t get “your” postal items. I doubt there is a worse representation of Australia post.

  The store owners are a couple, who operate the LPO. They are rude, unprofessional, exceedingly slow, and there is always long lines waiting for mail related services as a hurricane could not make the owners work any faster. An utter disgrace. If this rating system would allow a rating of less than 1 star, I would give them minus.
